Supplier portal allfogroup

Our main goals with business partnerships are:

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term supplier partnerships

With the help of these goals, we want to effectively shape, guide, and develop our supplier relationships in the long term. In addition to our goals, you will find documents available for download on the supplier portal, as well as further information and requirements for potential suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials.

High availability and fast delivery times

Management style oriented to people and sustainable production processes

We procure granulates (PA, PE, PP, EVOH, additives, masterbatches), flexible films, printing inks, etc. for the production of flexible films and for the manufacture of bagged goods.

We require the following from our suppliers:

Declaration of conformity in accordance with Regulations (EU) 1935/2004 and 10/2011, including all currently valid supplementary regulations, with information on:

  • Monomers and additives with SML limits and dual-use additives
    (including information on the effective maximum possible concentration of monomers/additives with specific limit values - specified in ppm)
  • Metals in accordance with Annex II of Regulation (EU) 10/2011 as amended by Regulation (EU) 1416/2016

as well as supplementary confirmations/information on:

  • Allergens/genetically modified organisms (GMOs)
  • Ingredients of animal origin
  • MOSH/MOAH or POSH/PAO
  • NIAS (possible degradation and reaction substances for risk assessment in accordance with Art. 19, (EU) 10/2011)
  • HALAL/Kosher

 

Also confirmations according to/to:

  • Regulation (EC) 2023/2006 (GMP Regulation)
  • Directive 94/62/EC or US CONEG (heavy metals)
  • FDA (USA)
  • Proposition 65 (California)
  • Swiss Consumer Goods Act (SR 817.023.21)
  • REACh confirmation including current SVHC list
  • Exclusion of plasticizers – phthalate-based or aliphatic esters (e.g., DINCH)

Suppliers for packaging and indirect materials

We use packaging as both primary and secondary packaging.

We use:

Cardboard and plastic tubes, corrugated cardboard boxes, stretch film, flexible films, wooden and plastic pallets, adhesive tapes for machines and packaging, edge protectors, cover boards and grids, big bags, labels, etc.

 

We require the following from our suppliers:

  • ISO 9001
  • Use of low-migration inks (in accordance with CEPE or EuPia recommendations)
  • Use of FSC or PEFC certification
  • AEO security declaration
