The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies to ensure an optimized service provided free of technical errors. If other cookies (such as those used to analyze your surfing behavior) are also stored, they will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Analytics cookies are stored based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising.

IP anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. Your IP address will be shortened by Google within the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services regarding website activity and Internet usage for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with any other data held by Google.

Browser plugin
You can prevent these cookies being stored by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, we wish to point out that doing so may mean you will not be able to enjoy the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the data generated by cookies about your use of the website (incl. your IP address) from being passed to Google, and the processing of these data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Objecting to the collection of data
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this site: Disable Google Analytics. Outsourced data processing
We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic data collection by Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics' demographic features. This allows reports to be generated containing statements about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and third-party visitor data. This collected data cannot be attributed to any specific individual person. You can disable this feature at any time by adjusting the ads settings in your Google account or you can forbid the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section "Refusal of data collection".

We use "OpenStreetMap" on our website, a service provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St. John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as "OpenStreetMap"). OpenStreetMap uses cookies, small text files stored on your device, to analyze user behavior. You can prevent the installation of cookies by deleting existing cookies and disabling the storage of cookies in your web browser settings. Please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent. It is also possible to prevent the storage of cookies by configuring your web browser to block cookies from the provider's domain.

We use OpenStreetMap to provide a mapping service on our website. The service is only used if allowed in the cookie settings. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR (consent). To ensure that OpenStreetMap processes the transmitted data only according to our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, we have entered into a data processing agreement with OpenStreetMap. Insofar as personal data may be transferred to the United Kingdom, there is an adequacy decision by the Commission dated June 28, 2021, pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR, available at: [Adequacy decisions](https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/adequacy-decisions_de).

For more information on how OpenStreetMap uses data, settings, and opt-out options, as well as privacy policies, please refer to the following OpenStreetMap website: [Privacy Policy](https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy).

Facebook Pixel

To measure conversion rates, this website uses the visitor activity pixel of Facebook. The provider of this service is Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. According to Facebook’s statement the collected data will be transferred to the USA and other third party countries too.

This tool allows the tracking of page visitors after they have been linked to the website of the provider after clicking on a Facebook ad. This makes it possible to analyse the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising campaigns.

For us as the operators of this website, the collected data is anonymous. We are not in a position to arrive at any conclusions as to the identity of users. However, Facebook archives the information and processes it, so that it is possible to make a connection to the respective user profile and Facebook is in a position to use the data for its own promotional purposes in compliance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy. This enables Facebook to display ads on Facebook pages as well as in locations outside of Facebook. We as the operator of this website have no control over the use of such data.

The use of Facebook Pixel is based on Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. The operator of the website has a legitimate interest in effective advertising campaigns, which also include social media. If a corresponding agreement has been requested (e.g. an agreement to the storage of cookies), the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the agreement can be revoked at any time.

In Facebook’s Data Privacy Policies, you will find additional information about the protection of your privacy at: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

You also have the option to deactivate the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” in the ad settings section under  https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. To do this, you first have to log into Facebook.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate any user based advertising by Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

This website uses Mouseflow, a web analytics tool from Mouseflow ApS, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark. The data processing serves the purpose of analyzing this website and its visitors. Data is collected and stored for marketing and optimization purposes. Usage profiles can be created from this data under a pseudonym. Cookies may be used for this purpose.

The web analytics tool Mouseflow records randomly selected individual visits (only with anonymized IP addresses). This creates a log of mouse movements and clicks with the intention of replaying individual website visits on a sample basis and deriving potential improvements for the website from this. The data collected with Mouseflow is not used to personally identify the visitor of this website without the separately given consent of the data subject and is not merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, from the legitimate interest in direct customer communication and the need-based design of the website. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. To do this, you can globally disable recording for all websites that use Mouseflow for the browser you are currently using by following this link: mouseflow.com/opt-out/

This website integrates features of the music service Spotify. The provider is Spotify AB, Birger Jarlsgatan 61, 113 56 Stockholm, Sweden. You can recognize the Spotify plugins by the green logo on this website. An overview of the Spotify plugins can be found at: developer.spotify.com.

Through this plugin, a direct connection between your browser and the Spotify server can be established when you visit this website. Spotify thereby receives the information that you have visited this website with your IP address. If you click the Spotify button while logged into your Spotify account, you can link the content of this website to your Spotify profile. This allows Spotify to associate your visit to this website with your user account.

Please note that when using Spotify, cookies from Google Analytics are used, so your usage data when using Spotify may also be transmitted to Google. Google Analytics is a tool of the Google Corporation for analyzing user behavior, based in the USA. Spotify is solely responsible for this integration. As the website operator, we have no influence on this processing.

The storage and analysis of data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the appealing acoustic design of their website. If appropriate consent has been requested, processing will take place exclusively based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's end device (e.g., device fingerprinting) in the sense of the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.

For more information, please see Spotify's privacy policy: www.spotify.com/de/legal/privacy-policy/. If you do not want Spotify to associate your visit to this website with your Spotify user account, please log out of your Spotify user account.

This website uses Rapidmail for sending newsletters. The provider is rapidmail GmbH, Augustinerplatz 2, 79098 Freiburg i.Br., Germany.

Rapidmail is a service that can be used to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters, among other things. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on Rapidmail's servers in Germany.

Data Analysis by Rapidmail
For analysis purposes, the emails sent with Rapidmail contain a "tracking pixel" that connects to Rapidmail's servers when the email is opened. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened.

Furthermore, with the help of Rapidmail, we can determine whether and which links in the newsletter message are clicked. All links in the email are so-called tracking links, which can be used to count your clicks. If you do not want analysis by Rapidmail, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a corresponding link for this in each newsletter message.

More information about Rapidmail's analysis functions can be found at: https://de.rapidmail.wiki/kategorien/statistiken/.

Legal Basis
The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

Storage Duration
The data you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe. Data stored with us for other purposes remains unaffected.

After you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list, your email address may be stored in a blacklist by us or the newsletter service provider if this is necessary to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist will only be used for this purpose and will not be merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). The storage in the blacklist is not time-limited. You can object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.

For more details, please refer to Rapidmail's data security information at: www.rapidmail.de/datensicherheit.

Order Processing
We have entered into a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a data protection contract required by law that ensures Rapidmail processes the personal data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
